Help Haiti!!

Beauty has a way of changing things

We have started a wonderful new fundraiser! We are partnering with The Apparent Project (http://www.apparentproject.org/) to sell their amazing, handmade bracelets.

The bracelets are made by Haitian artisans, in Haiti. Each bracelet is made from "discarded material such as cereal and cracker boxes".

The Apparent Project website says,
"While redeeming the Haitian landscape, these artisans are also bringing new hope to their families, employing themselves for a brighter future and earning the means to pay for their children's food, shelter, and education. That means less orphans, less crime, less garbage, less stress, and a whole lot more beauty."

The bracelets are only $8 each! What a deal! A portion of each sale goes toward our adoption fund.
Just think, with each purchase, you are receiving a unique piece of jewelry while helping bring a family out of poverty toward self sufficiency and helping us to bring Shaina home. Definitely something you can feel good about!

So buy one, buy a bunch. Wear them together or wear one alone. Buy them for yourself or buy them as a gift. You can't go wrong!!

Interested? Click on the Paypal button on the right. In the comments section let me know how  many bracelets you would like, your  name and shipping address. The amount of the donation would be the number of bracelets you are requesting at $8 a piece. Shipping is an additional $2 per package sent, not per bracelet.

I thank you and the Haitian artisans and their families thank you!
*Feel free to pass this post along to any of your friends and family you think would be interested!
