Sending out the 1-600A to USCIS was the first thing we have actually sent away for Shaina's adoption. We have been working hard, as time and money permit, on finishing up our dossier and should have that in the mail in a week or so.
So, taking that trip to the post office with my daughter, Bella, and shipping the I-600A application off was totally nerve wracking from me. It meant that this was for real. That we are making progress. That this is happening!!
